Member Appreciation Luncheon / Dinner:

• The Member Appreciation Luncheon / Dinner is held in May at a local restaurant or event venue.  It was established to serve as an introduction meeting to present an overview of the club, expand opportunities for all to make new friends, and maybe even win a prize.
• We value new members, and our objective is to retain your membership for many years to come.  To succeed, we must meet your expectations - we encourage you to communicate those areas you feel are important. We welcome your involvement in club activities and encourage you to contact any board member or functional chair to volunteer.  The New Members Dinner is a great opportunity to meet other members, learn more about SDJC, and assist in the club administration.  The afternoon ends with a raffle and short general meeting.

Concours d’Elegance:

• The Concours d’Elegance is held in July at Spanish Landing on San Diego Bay.  The competition and was established to showcase our Jaguars, in divisions based upon model, or you can just display your Jaguar for show.

Concours Afterglow Luncheon:

• The Concours Afterglow Luncheon is held in August at a local resort.  It was established as a celebration of our Concours d’Elegance.  A slide show of the Concours is played during the meal.  The afternoon ends with a raffle and general meeting.

Election Luncheon:

• The Election Luncheon is held in November at a local restaurant.  It was established for members to socialize during lunch and to vote in a new board of directors for the next year.

Holiday Party:

• The Holiday Party is held in December at a local restaurant or event venue.  This is our most formal event of the year.  It was established to celebrate the holidays.  Dinner is followed by a dance and the introduction of our new officers for the next year.
